Digital Co-Marketing Network: Collaborative advertising made simple
Evocalize is excited to announce the launch of our Digital Co-Marketing Network, enabling seamless collaboration between business partners on digital advertising campaigns. This powerful platform allows hosts to invite guest partners (such as mortgage LOs working with real estate agents) to co-fund, co-brand, and co-manage advertising programs with automatic 50/50 budget splitting. Co-Marketing was built with RESPA and TCPA compliance in mind for real estate partnerships, shared performance reporting, and streamlined guest onboarding that doesn’t require full platform authentication.

Results Estimation: Budget with confidence
Making smarter budget decisions just got easier with results estimation. When creating programs, users now see estimated performance ranges based on historical data from similar campaigns, objectives, and budget selections. This data-driven insight helps eliminate guesswork and builds confidence in marketing investments by showing expected outcomes like estimated leads, clicks, or conversions before purchase. Results Estimation uses a sophisticated pooling system that prioritizes the most relevant performance data, from product-specific to industry-wide benchmarks. Enhanced CMP notifications: Stay informed, stay active
We’ve expanded our notification system with five new intelligent alerts designed to keep your campaigns running smoothly. These include:
- Automatic audience adjustments when targeting is too narrow
- Facebook page reconnection reminders
- Subscription renewal notifications – Success Alert
- Subscription renewal notifications – Failure Alert
- Lead preference setup guidance for new users
Each notification is delivered through both email and in-app channels with clear action steps and helpful context. These proactive notifications reduce campaign downtime and ensure you never miss critical account updates. Contact your CSM to review your current notification preferences.
New marketing themes for mortgage: Targeted messaging for specialized loan products
We’ve launched three new mortgage ad themes specifically designed for today’s lending landscape.
- DSCR Loans: Targets real estate investors with messaging that emphasizes qualification based on rental property income rather than personal income verification.
- Cash-Out Refinance: Uses urgent, empowering language to help homeowners “unlock their home equity” for debt consolidation and home improvements.
- HELOC: Focuses on flexibility and empowerment, positioning HELOCs as a “flexible credit line” that lets homeowners access equity on-demand.
